Iran and the 99% movement

Ayatollah Khamenei the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution:

In the thousands-strong demonstrations in New York, the people were carrying a placard which said, “We are the 99 percent.” This means that 99 percent of the people of America have to follow the other one percent of the American population. The wars on Iraq and Afghanistan were waged by one percent of the American population, but the other 99 percent had to suffer the casualties and pay the money. This is what has awakened the people and made them protest.

Awakening and the Heart of Europe

May 27, 2011 1 comment

Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has stated that the European nations will certainly rise up against their governments, which are blindly following the policies of the United States and the Zionist regime.

The Leader made the remarks during a meeting with thousands of teachers on Wednesday on the occasion of the National Teachers’ Day which was celebrated on May 2 – the day marking the martyrdom anniversary of distinguished Iranian thinker Ayatollah Morteza Motahhari.

“People’s awakening in the Middle East and North Africa is the continuation of the Iranian nation’s great movement, and this awakening will certainly spread to the heart of Europe,” Ayatollah Khamenei said.

He went on to say, “The European nations will certainly rise up against their politicians and leaders who made them submit to the cultural and economic policies of the U.S. and the Zionists.”

On the important role the teachers can play to push ahead the Islamic awakening, the Leader said the teachers should raise public awareness and strengthen unity and solidarity through developing talents and training strong-willed, faithful, insightful, committed, and knowledgeable students.

He also said that the most important obligation of the education system is training the people who are capable of safeguarding the principles of the Islamic system and promoting the Iranian nation’s great movement.

In line with this policy, the education system should be reformed based on the Islamic-Iranian model of progress, the Leader explained.

Elsewhere in his remarks, the Leader paid tribute to Ayatollah Morteza Motahhari, praising him for his great cultural and scientific works.

Bahrain is victor because they are resisting. Bahrain is victor because they believe the way they are fighting in. Bahrain is victor because Allah says in Quran: Say O, Messenger:” Do you wait for us any fate except one of the two Blessings (Martyrdom & victory)? Whereas we wait for you either that Allah will send His Torment On you from Himself or punish you by our hands; so you wait, we too are waiting.”(Holy Quran 9.12)

Bahrain is the most important issue of the world not the royal wedding in England. Bahrain is the most important place in the world because of Saudi’s and Al-Khalifa crimes and genocide. They should know that the day of answering about their crimes is not so far.

The spread of the wave of Islamic Awakening in today’s world is a fact that promises a good future for the Islamic Ummah. Since three decades ago when this powerful movement started with the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the establishment of the Islamic Republic, our great Ummah has moved forward steadily, removed obstacles from its path and conquered certain strongholds. The increased complexity of the methods through which the arrogant powers show their enmity and the costly efforts that they make to oppose Islam are also due to these advances. The widespread propaganda of the enemy to promote fear of Islam, the hasty efforts that it makes to foment discord among Islamic sects and provoke sectarian prejudice, its efforts to make Shia and Sunni appear to be enemies of each other, fomenting discord among Muslim governments, making efforts to exacerbate disagreements and turn them into irremediable enmities and disputes, using intelligence and espionage organizations in order to promote corruption and prostitution among the youth – these are all frantic and confused reactions to the steady movement and firm progress of the Islamic Ummah towards awakening, dignity and liberation.”

These pictures is only a little show of the crimes.
